At the main entrance and at the reception desk, you will find QR codes. Scan the top code to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi and the bottom code to install the Hos Guest App. Wi-Fi is required to unlock your room door via the app.

How do I complete self-check-in?
  1. Install the App from the Google Play/App Store and open it.
  1. Enter you personal booking number that you can find in your E-Mail or your booking. Afterwards click on find Booking.
  1. Click on View Reservation to fill in your personal data.
  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to select your preferred language
  1. Please fill in the personal details of the guest who made the booking and the guests who will be staying at the hotel.
  1. Once you’ve completed all the information correctly, you may exit the page by clicking the button in the top left corner.
  1. To return to the app, please click the second button on the top right to refresh it. Afterwards, you can select the “Rooms” section by clicking the bottom center button.
  1. If you’ve completed everything correctly, you should see your door PIN. If not, please make sure all your personal details are filled in and that your booking has been paid.

How do I check in without the App?
  1. Click the “Check In” button in the header above to open our booking site.
  1. Enter you personal booking number that you can find in your E-Mail or your booking. Afterwards click on search.
  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to select your preferred language
  1. Please fill in the personal details of the guest who made the booking and the guests who will be staying at the hotel.
How do I open the Doors with the App?

Once you’ve completed the self-check-in, you can conveniently unlock the main entrance and your room door using the app.

  1. Select the “Rooms” section by clicking the bottom center button.
  1. When you are in front of the main entrance or your room door, simply tap the corresponding button in the app.
  1. Tap the button below to unlock the door. Please ensure that you are connected to the hotel’s Wi-Fi and that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

If it still doesn’t work, please ensure that you have granted the app permission to access your Bluetooth. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open your mobile device’s settings and search for the app called “Hos Guest“. Then tap on the app settings.
  1. Make sure Bluetooth access is enabled for the app here.
  1. Now, return to the app and press the button again to unlock the door.
How do I use the entrance Pin Pad?
  1. Press any number on the PIN PAD unitl the numbers light up. A tone confirms each time you press the keyboard.
  1. Enter your personal four-digit PIN number. It is the same number as your room’s PIN number.
  1. After entering the four-digit PIN number, confirm with the # hash key.
  1. The indicator light turns green and the door is released. The automatic sliding door opens
