Nearby Highlight – Langener Waldsee Beach
Just a short distance away, the “Hessian Mediterranean” awaits: the Langener Waldsee, the largest leisure lake in the Rhine-Main region. Expect 900 meters of sandy beach, wide sunbathing areas, and a relaxed holiday vibe perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply watching the sails and surf on the water.
Open seasonally from mid-May to mid-September (10:00–20:30). Tickets and parking are required. Dogs and grilling are not allowed.
On site you’ll also find beach volleyball, sunbeds and umbrellas, a modern food & drink area, cycling parking, and even a designated FKK section. A shuttle bus is available for easy access.
